The "Gold Angel is a beautiful one ounce coin that is considered "legal-tender" and is available in one ounce, 1/2 ounce; 1/4 ounce; 1/10th and 1/20th ounce coins.
Like the Maple; it is .999 fine and is softer and more maleable than its American Eagle cousin. Thus it should be properly protected from "defacing" and scratches. The best way to do this is to buy plastic, individual pouches.
